Why the cancelation policy is a must…

As a one woman business I limit the number of clients I accept and can see. I plan my days based on first come first serve appointments, no favorites. I plan and allow enough time to give you a service you will love, determining my work hours and schedule which changes each week to do so. This is why last minute cancelations significantly impact my ability to provide services to other clients hoping to see me.


When you schedule you agree to this privacy policy…

In order to reserve an appointment with me,

  • You must provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This means that if your appointment is at 1:oo Wednesday, you have until 1:00 sharp to change or cancel on Tuesday. I have no choice but to strictly adhere to this time boundary.

  • If notice to change or cancel your appointment is provided less that 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged the full cost of your session. If this happens, please remember this is not a punishment, but a pre- established business agreement. A no-show will also incur the full session charge.

  • Confirmation and reminder emails, texts and calls are a courtesy. Not receiving either of these does not make a last minute appointment exempt.

  • Unexpected events can happen and occur and I understand things like illness, work emergencies, delayed flights are out of your control but they are also out of my control. Please contact me if an emergency happens and we can discuss a possible exemption.

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, your session is considered canceled. It is difficult / impossible to stay on schedule when you arrive 20+ minutes late.

  • In order to schedule, you must provide a credit card number to be kept securely on file. In the event of a last minute cancelation you agree that this card on file will be charged for the cost of your session.
